Daido Moriyama is a Japanese photographer credited as being one of the original grunge photographers. The solution for this brochure aimed to showcase a variety of his imagery while embodying his personality as a photographer.
The intimate and somewhat jarring nature of his photographs influenced my approach to the solution. The selected photographs invoke the idea of becoming privy to a world unlike your own, hinted at in the opening of the brochure. The images become increasingly more intimate as the brochure opens.
